How to Use The Balloon Knot Tying Tool
Firstly, inflate the balloons to the suitable size
Secondly, hold the balloon with left hand and wear the balloon knotter with three fingers of your right hand. Pull the balloon from right side of the knotter to the left.
Then, take a circle with the balloon tail around the knotter from the bottom to the top.
Put the balloon tail into the slot of knotter in a knotted manner and finally pull out the knotted balloon.
